hi @Lars Lüthi...
i have see, that the extension-installer, primary the t3lib_sqlparser (used from t3lib_install) dont understand if i have a database field from type "enum" ? the regex (t3lib_sqlparser, line 1296, typo3 4.4.4) dont include the value "enum". i know, the kickstarter dont use enums and typo3 too, but i create my TCA and databasee by my own so i use this field-types.
i have to try, use a xclass, but this isnt use at the extension install-state, so its crash...
maybe that will be added to the typo3 core to handle "enum" database-fields ?

maybe it will find anyway a way into the core ;)

As enum isn't standard SQL and it won't work with PostgreSQL, Oracle & Co. this shouldn't be implemented. Do you have any reason for that?

for now? only my task at the start of this "feature". so i think we can close this, no reason to fix this...
