error when rollback an insert of an element

Description
When I create (and edit a content element) I can access the history of the element (not the page). It is possible to do a rollback of the insert, which deletes the element.
When you click on the go-back button this error appears:
Sorry, you didn't have proper permissions to perform this change.
Ok, it's dull to revoke the creation like this (better done from the page).

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
