We hat the isse #003196 and an error in this file too. Error in line 150/166 class.t3lib_flexformtools.php: "The argument should be an array"
We applied the same fix in line 136 and it worked for us!

Hi, as I said, the same Patch you can find in issue 0003196 works also in line 136 in class.t3lib_flexformtools.php for us. I hope this is now more understandable... :)
We use T3 4.0 with PHP 4.4. With PHP 5 we had several strange errors, most (or even all) of them related to templavoila.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
