Description

With typoscript content objects CONTENT and RECORDS it is possible to render records for the frontend.
But sometimes it is usefull to render hidden or at least deleted records as well. This could be done with new binary properties like .showHiddenRecords and .showDeletedRecords for both objects.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

This issue to get hidden or deleteded content via typoscript is still missing. Typo3 handles enableFields automatically in where clauses. That cannot be overwritten bei select.where.

Thanks for your issue and trying to improve TYPO3 CMS!

Deleted records will never be shown as those are deleted ;) Hidden records are never shown in the frontend but this can be overruled by using the AdminPanel and set there "show hidden records".

if you need a custom implementation, I suggest to not touch the core principles but add another checkbox. The state of this checkbox can be then checked in TS depending on your needs.
