Description
I get false positives when checking my website. The wrongly accused external link is a working Umlaut-Domain. In my case http://www.diekommunikatöre.de/ but that shouldn't be depended on that special domain only.

This is due to the way the checking works in TYPO3 4.5. We use the normal TYPO3 API (t3lib_div::getUrl()) and this is not capable of checking those URLs.
This will not change because of technical reasons.
However this works just fine with TYPO3 4.6 beta2. So stay tuned for the next TYPO3 version.
