Description

Introduction of ExtJS4 (#32196) removed t3lib/js/extjs/ux/resize.css, which is still referenced in t3lib_tceforms and causes a PHP warning in t3lib_compressor.

Unsure if this file has to be brought back or whether it is really not needed anymore.

resizing is now natively supported by ExtJS
therefore it is included within the skin...

removal of file is valid
