Error in translation extension EM

Description
The error in the localization of the names of the tab extension manager:
menu_install_extensions
menu_import_extensions
With the localization (Russian) of the tabs are empty - no names at all...

Hi Andrey,
I don't quite understand your point.
Do you mean the tabs are referencing the wrong label or is the language file itself wrong?

You are right.
This is new Ext manager.
The interface has four tabs:
(on default) Avilable Extension, Import Extension, Language Package, Settings
Just checked - in German labels on tabs are saved, but when switching to Russian, labels on the two tabs disappear ...
So the problem is localized. File or something else. I'll understand.

The error was in the language files downloaded from http://translation.typo3.org.
Now update these files from the local computer.

The problem was in the localized text on the translation server, issue closed.
