TER Upload broken

Description
Quite similar to #33119 the upload of existing extensions to the TER doesn't work. Error is called 'Invalid' and just says: 'Call to a member function checkPassword() on a non-object'. No more info, just doesn't work (I've tried with two different extensions btw).

Thanks for the fix.
Nobody can upload an extension into the TER at the time.
When do you like to publish the fix?
Is there a patch?
