Recycler should have a filter for timestamp

Description

Today I had to undeleted a whole branch that an admin deleted recursively by accident.

Since there had been deletings of pages and tt_content in that branch before that accident, I had to manually check on the timestamps of all those records which was very annoying.

Therefore I suggest that the recycler should be enhanced by an extra filter for timestamps so only those records will be displayed and recovered whose tstamp is younger than today or something.
