Description

With 6.2 LTS we concentrate on upgrading from TYPO3 4.5 LTS (or higher).
Therefore installations below < 4.5 need to upgraded to 4.5 before (which should not be much anyhow).

If that is the case, all upgrade wizard needed to successfully upgrade to 4.5, but not since then, can be removed safely.
