Description
When no password is set, the install tool displays the following warning:
The file typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php does not contain a password of the install tool. This should have been set during installation. You can gain access to the install tool login form by setting ['BE']['installToolPassword'] to the hash of your chosen password. You can get that hash by submitting the desired password with this form.
However, there is no form displayed, so one cannot submit the form to get the hashed password.
