Links in install tool in "All configuration" don't work

Description
The links in install tool in "All configuration" don't work.
For example the link in [FE][loginSecurityLevel]:
See description for [BE][loginSecurityLevel]. Default state for frontend is "normal".
"[BE][loginSecurityLevel]" is linked to the setting, but this link doesn't work....
- Status changed from New to Accepted
- Target version set to next-patchlevel
I guess we need some JS magic here, since the target of the links might not be visible. (within a collapsed section)
- Status changed from Accepted to Under Review
