As an editor with restricted rights i want to see which content elements in the default language i am not allowed to edit or translate.
Acceptance Criteria:
- in the page module: some visual hint on the content elements which i cant edit, e.g. a stop sign or anytihing else, in addition to the missing edit tool.
- in the list module: no edit tools when i cannot edit
- in the list module: ome visual hint on the content elements which i cant edit, e.g. a stop sign or anytihing else
