Missing allowed file extensions in "Add media by URL" popin

Description

In the "Media" tab of ctype textmedia, when clicking on "Add media by URL", the allowed file extensions are not shown in the popin (see attached screenshot).
This is confufing for the editor, because if he tries to paste an image url, an error will be displayed.
By default, only youtube and vimeo url are allowed.

The popin should display the allowed file extension.

A proposal for a fix is in the attached patch.
