Update TS Constants list of allowed tags with "s" tag

Description
The TS Constant
styles.content.allowTags
used by lib.parseFunc.allowTags still lists the strike tag that has been deprecated in HTML5 but not its HTML5 replacement s. Consequence: CKEditor does not allow the <s> tag, even if it is allowed by e.g. the full.yaml config.
Affects: 8,9
Please add also s to the list. Thank you.
