According to the the feature:
https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/TyposcriptReference/Setup/Config/Index.html#concatenatejs
'If all files to be concatenated are marked with the async flag, the async attribute is assigned to the script tag.'
If you use spamProtectEmailAddresses with an integer, a javascript file will created, but you can not define properties like async or defer.
So 'config.concatenateJs = 1' will not work at all.
Does it make sense to add the property defer to the concatenated files too?
