Description

My form persistenceManager config is spread in two files, one is located inside an extension, one lies in the fileadmin.
The one in fileadmin can be edited to add more allowedFileMounts to the list.

If one does so, the new allowedFileMount is not shown during creation of a new form, but it should be. The reason being is that the list is cached, thus making it mandatory to clear all caches.

Also, after removing file storages from the list, I am still able to save new forms to those deleted storages.

Hi Norman. Thank you very much for submitting the issue. Unfortunately, I am closing it since we cannot do anything here. We do not want to support storing configuration in the fileadmin. It must and cannot be accessible/ editable for users. This could introduce security issues.

The form configuration has to be cached since we do have some ressource-intensive features like _inheritances. And the form config can be stored in many different extensions etc. To keep everything up and running smoothly caching is necessary.

Please keep storing your configuration and try to use clear only the caches involved.
