Description
In v6 there was a field in the Page tab of the link popup where editors could enter the ID of the page directly.
Quite a few editors have asked why the field isn't present in later versions.

can you check v11 where this should look like in screenshot. even though the screenshot is from v12, this is IMO not a new feature there

It was checked in v8, v9 and v10; I didn't notice that v11 had a search field for it.
This is an even better solution than the old field as it checks if the page with that uid exists and is accessible to the editor.
