Description

When opening the linkbrowser, while having a custom linkHandler configured in TSconfig, following exception is thrown:

(1/1) ArgumentCountError
Too few arguments to function TYPO3\CMS\Backend\LinkHandler\RecordLinkHandler::__construct(), 0 passed in /var/www/html/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 2961 and exactly 3 expected
