Description

As of https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/67183 the TYPO3 Crawler isn't used in Indexed Search anymore.
Therefore, the `useCrawlerForExternalFiles` setting in can be removed from `ext_conf_template.txt` and Language files.
