Description

If editors paste text into the RTE that contains the strings http:// and/or https:// the can
lead to a warning when parsing the text for linke creation.

Example:

We have a text that contains http:// og https://, which is the scheme. Also add https://www.typo3.org as an example.

The problem is that the call to:

$linkParts = parse_url($scheme . $parts[0]);

will fail on https:// and http://

The solution could be to add an check for the return value and leave the string untouched in case
it could bot be parsed.
