Installer page does not scroll.

Description
I have had an issue with the install page. I used the composer command (did a full install from https://get.typo3.org/misc/composer/helper), added the FIRST_INSTALL to the public directory. Then, when the messages from the installer page appear regarding file/folder permissions, PHP max_execution_time=, and any other message warning that changes need to be done to the server settings, I am unable to scroll down the web page. I have tested in both Brave browser and Mozilla Firefox on a Linux machne and the result was the same.
My server is running Nginx.

May I ask you to add a screenshot of the affected installer view to the issue to clarify your problem?
