With this feature The form framework should ship bootstrap 5 templates. Maybe we want to improve can check the frontend templates stuff Benji does with the bootstrap package. Using v3 should be default for v9 and v10 and BS5 can be turned on. This has been discussed with Georg and should be done for v10 as well. The behaviour would be as follows: * move CSS classes and ids to YAML v9 & v10: BS 3 default * move to Bootstrap v11: BS 5 as default * allow Bootstrap 4 as well * improve accessibility
