Description

Ideally we should not use t3lib_userAuthGroup::workspaceCheckStageForCurrent() - we should implement or own API and deprecate the old one...

after further review I found that since the userauthgroup holds tons of other workspace-related functionality it's not worth to move a single method - I'd say this will have to wait until 4.6
