simulateStatic needs to be extended, this functionality was in core before.

Can you please give some more details? What needs to be extended and why?
What's the exact problem, error or warning message? How did URLs look like in this scenario before TYPO3 4.3.0 and what about now?

Hello Olli,
thanks for your feedback! There's already a little discussion in
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=12945
since this is a specific issue between tt_news and simulatestatic. getRelated() is a function of the flexform field "Related News". Any record entered there, however, then points to the root page instead of the selected article. I can only say that it worked when simulatestatic was still part of the core - Rupi can probably tell you more about this.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
