Description

Old mail functions such as MailUtility::mail() and GeneralUtility::plainMailEncoded should be deprecated. Their usage must be removed and functions that used them must be changed to use the new mail API.
The notification for workspace changes (sending content to next stage, etc.) used one of those old mail functions.
