Description

css_styled_content is using the <hgroup> element for grouping the header and subheader in content elements. Please note that following this decision [1], hgroup will be removed from the HTML5 specification. As such, it should be removed from csc.

Although it could be discussed the <header> element should group the header and subheader, it is fine to leave them without any wrapping. The document outline is still there when using the right order for header and subheader.
