Description
Inline comments in files (PHP files, maybe others such as JavaScript, etc.) of the TYPO3 core show the year range 1998-2013. Update these files, so they show the current year: 1998-2014. This task does not deal with the copyright notice in the named constant TYPO3_copyright_year (see related ticket #55747) but with the year in inline comments only (similar to ticket #46370 from last year).
