Description

The rsaauth system extension has a "resources" folder all spelled in lowercase. Furthermore the content of the folder does not match the recommended file structure.

This should be cleaned up at some point. On that occasion, the locallang file added in #57203 should also be moved to "Resources/Private/Language".
