Description

Problem

I tried to import an extension into 6.2.10 from another 6.2.10 system via the Upload Extension function.
But that is not possible. I get the errror message: "Could not write file .js".
Importing extensions from TER is possible therefore i think it is not a problem of the filesystem.

A bit longer error description:
fopen(...typo3conf/ext/tt_news/js/tceformsCategoryTree.js): failed to open stream:
No such file or directory in typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php line 2682

Any Ideas?
