Statically compile property accessors

Description
When a compiled template is rendered for the first time we can use the data to generate information about the object access chain and add that to the compiled template. Rerendering of the template will result in improved property access times.

This patch will be reverted with #66808

The proposed solution turned out to be not optimal - patch was reverted again. Issue is close as "rejected" for now.
