Description

In TYPO3 7/8 LTS the backend got reloaded after changing the configuration of an extension via ExtensionManager.
After moving Extension Configuration into the new settings module this does not happen anymore, you need to reload backend manually.

I guess that can be reproduced with extensions that add e.g. new modules the the module menu based in configuration, correct?
