Checkbox ViewHelper attribute checked has no effect when a form object is omitted to form viewhelper

Description
When using a form object and having checkboxes explicitly using the checked attribute it always prefers the objects value.
This seems not like an expected behaviour, you may want to be able to override the objects value.

No I'm meaning the checkbox ViewHelper, it fetches the form objects data and adds sets the check state ignoring the checked attribute you can set to override this.
I could'nt imagine that this is the expected behaviour.
I also adjustet the headline for clarification.

This issue can be closed, the problem was caused by a caching issue, not the viewhelper logic.
