Description

We currently ship 1.6 and since June 2011 they are on the 2.x-train.

Notes for the 2.0 don't seem to indicate a "whole new API" or so.

Is Modernizr currently only used for the backend itself? (Didn't find much upon a quick search.)
2.x is modularized, so this might allow to bring down the footprint we need to ship if we are sure which features are needed.

Only used for the backend, too late for 6.0

if it's just an update of a library we're shipping already, I don't see a problem...
