6.2.2 IntroPackage depends on realurl and htaccess: Unusable

Description
The IntroPackage is very fine.
But it is not possible to remove or uninstall realurl and its htaccess:
typo3 and IntroPackages is setting its limits for running on common webspace far too high.
On germans top rated webspace provider "DomainFactory" you do not have any chance to run this
intropackage.
They don't offer .htaccess-support by default I read from your message?
Well, for anything non-Apache that of course is a problem ...

What is your real problem?
1. It is not possible to remove realurl? This is because the introduction package requires realurl as dependency. The core cannot do anything about this. You can disable realurl with config.tx_realurl_enable = 0.
2. The .htaccess is not automatically put in place? This is a known limitation of the Install Tool.
3. The .htaccess does not work on your hoster? It works for sure on domainfactory (I use them myself). If your page is inside a subfolder (that means your domain does not point to the folder with the index.php and typo3/ folder), you need to adjust the RewriteBase directive as described inside the sample _.htaccess file delivered with TYPO3.
4. none of the above, please be more specific.

It is point 3. the .htaccess.
The one coming with typo3 (or the Intropack?) has the RewriteBase commented out!!
So typo3-FE will not work at all with realurl on any hoster with this base installation setting.
I guess it would be a good idea
to remove the # in front of RewriteBase in the htaccess.
So lots of yours can enjoy the IntroPackage.
At current the see an Internal Server error when clicking any link in the IntroPackage.
Guess what they will do at the next step?
Not beeing a typo3 nor a htaccess expert?
PS.
My typo3 installation is NOT in a subfolder.
The RewriteBase is necessary in the root folder, too.
Its in the main folder of the domain.
Its a blank and clean and default typo3.
On 1und1 hosted webspace typo3 IntroPackage will produce a "Internal Server Error"
with the default installation and then clicking on any link in FrontEnd.
With active RewriteBase / then all is working perfectly, fast and furios.
So why not set RewriteBase / as default in .htaccess?
