Filelist plugin does not easily handle folders anymore

Description
in 4.x it was possible to directly select a folder in the filelist plugin, this is currently not possible.
You have to create a file collection first and then add this one to the filelist plugin.
This is sadly a big problem for some editors, as the do not get the difference between a collection and a folder ...
