Group "Default" should come first in the new Content element wizard

Description

When you add a content element group that comes alphabetically before default that group will be displayed first and will be the one open when the editor opens the dialogue:

For usability reasons it would be better to always show "Default" on top.
Note: all groups are ordered alphabetically and "default" is only at the top, because all other standard wizards come after "d".
Normally the "lists" group comes after "default", not "form".

Additional note : as you see on the screenshot, there is a "Default" labelled group instead of "Typical page content".

It is caused by an overwrite of the wizard group 'default' header in loadAvailableWizards().

Indeed, loadAvailableWizardsFromPluginSubTypes() is called after loadAvailableWizardsFromContentElements() and if you have at least one 'list_type' plugin in a "default" itemGroup, the header/label of this group overwrite the one declared for 'CType'.
