Wrong label in file deletion dialog ("Remove from clipboard")

Description
The dialog title currently displays as “Remove from clipboard” when deleting files. It would be clearer if the title were something like “Delete,” as in the dialog shown when deleting a single file.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the files module.
- Select one or more files using the checkboxes.
- Click the “Delete” button in the toolbar.
Additionally, the German translation for the “Cancel” button is missing.

The wrong label is fixed in version 13 (see #104995).
I didn’t fix it in version 12 because it was not recommended to backport lang keys at the time of an incoming LTS.
The additional issue of untranslated "Close" (and not "Cancel") button is somewhat discussed in the review : https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/86132
I was asked to coordinate the fix, but I haven’t had the time yet.
