V13 'Insert Records' CE overflowing issue in Backend

Description
In v13 backend, within the "insert records" content element, long text content in a record does not wrap properly when the browser window is resized to a smaller width. Instead of breaking into multiple lines, the text overflows beyond the container boundaries. (see picture)

the overflow only happens on screen sizes smaller than ~1560px

I can reproduce this problem. From what I can see, it is caused by one of the elements/styles within div.form-wizards-item-bottom.
