Description

I have two install version of two systems

1 PC:
Typo3 3.6.2 - i see the adminpanel

2 PC:
Typo3 3.7.0 - i dont see the adminpanel

(issue imported from #M420)

look at admin panel related configuration. it works everywhere else...

Until there is no more detailed description of the problem, we can't do anything. The admin panel works in all tested new installations as well.
