SUSE Pro 9.3 with KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" crash after installing TYPO3

Description
Using Lars Leuchter script at http://www.typo3-installer.de for installing TYPO3 3.8.0 using option3.
SUSE Pro 9.3 crashed to keep asking me to login screen.
Am not able to start KDE.
All my mail in KMAIL using maildir format was`lost.
Able to get KDE restored by doing:
1. Installing CD1 as if doing a normal install.
2. SUSE will inform of existing installation and gives options to rescue.
3. Selected rescue installation.
SUSE Pro 9.3 can then start normally. BUT, all my e-mails in KMAIL were erased. This I've confirmed using commandline even before doing the above rescuing.
Hardware: Toshiba Satellite Pro, 512MB, DVD R/W, 40GB HDD.
OS: SUSE Professional 9.3

Hi,
I think this bug is not related directly to tyou3, as this is a bug which has to do with typo3-installer.de, which is not "affiliated" with typo3. I think that the problem happens when the other packages are updated... Maybe you should speak to the package maintainer at typo3-installer.de to get your problem fixed.
I am setting this bug to solved, please reopen if nescessary. Thanks :) Sebastian
