seen in gmenulayers (e.g. testsite DHTML popup-menu):

"Page is being generated." does not disappear with
transparentBackground=1 PLUS 10.niceText = 1

easy workaround: either comment out transparency or niceText,
but it is difficult to find this bug because no output is generated when it happens

example (modified template from page with id=51 from testsite-3.8.1 imported into 4.0beta3)
