Description

When uploading a file too big (> MaxFileSize), no error message is produced. Just a blank page is generated. Using Typo3 4.0.0 on Apache2.

note: This only happens if file size is larger than the php.ini limit. But could we still get an error message?

A message is there but it wasn't useful, changed it to something more understandable
