Cursor keys up and down not work in RTE and new Typoscript editor

Description

There are no way to navigate with the up and down cursor keys in RTE HtmlArea Textfield and in the new Typoscript editor textfield.
Cursor keys left and right works.

Simple textfields e.g. TCA-Config in Pages also works.

OS Client: Windows Vista Business
OS Server: Testet with Linux / Apache and Windows Vista Business / Apache
Webbrowser: Firefox 2.0.0.13

I cannot confirm this bug. It works here with Firefox Firefox 2.0.0.13 and IE 6 on Windows XP.

Does it work with IE on Vista?

I have testet Typo3 4.2.0beta3 with following:

IE7 on Vista SP1:
- Works

FF2.0.0.13 on Vista SP1:
- Cursorkey left and right works
- Cursorkey up and down lets scroll the entire RTE window to up and down. Cursor is not moving

IE6 on XP SP2
- Works

FF2.0.0.13 on XP SP2
- Works

FF 2.x is no longer supported by Mozilla. I tested with FF 3.6 on Vista and it works.
