on "new Typo3 site" without any pages

klicking on '+' in tree

additionally i get a second JavaScript error when clicking on "new" in the JS context menu for "new Typo3 site":

top.TS is undefined
typo3/typo3/alt_db_navframe.php??currentSubScript=sysext%2Fcms%2Flayout%2Fdb_layout.php
