is it OK to set the framewidth from 142 to 157? (+15)

The reason is that there's a left spacing now and these entries don't fit. See screenshot.

One more: the cache-clearing box should be 10px higher. See screenshot_clearCache.png

i made a patch where i reintroduce $TBE_STYLES['dims']['leftMenuFrameW'] and adjusted default values for old skin and t3skin so the width fits with longer language labels.

second issue is fixed in #18659
