In an attempt to replace the warning box "About Modules" we're moving these checks to the system status report.

Hi Ingo,

great work with this module!

This patch also is a fine solution for #18625, which was about that security-relevant warnings in the About module, which might be missed too easily.
Collecting all those warnings at one central place is a good idea to quickly get an overview without missing anything!

I would even go one step further:
How about removing the few messages displayed in the About module then?
