Description
There seems to be an error with image metadata.
Having a chinese content element of type "images", title and description of the images as entered in the image metagata section are displayed as questionmarks in backend (see screenshot backend_entries.png) and frontend (see screenshot frontend.png).
Only the "page" view in backend displays the entries correctly (see screenshot backend_overview.png).
Other Languages, such as Russian are affected, too.
Other content element types seem to be fine.

After updating from 4.x to 6.2 there were some non UTF8 tables, which were - obviously - not UTF8 capable. Changing to UTF8 did the trick.
