Description

Example: TYPO3 6.2.19 is installed. TYPO3 6.2.21 as security update is published. Report dosn't no it. And as a follow up scheduler task don't inform about it.

Connecting to get.typo3.org to check the version is a feature of TYPO3 7 which is not going to be backported to TYPO3 6.2.
