One of our editors found this issue, which i could recreate using this setup:

Prerequisites
- Have a workspace
- Have a foreign language you can translate content to

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Live Mode
2. Create a page with two content elements. I'll call them element1 and element2
3. Translate them to a foreign language using connected mode. No need to change the content.
4. Switch to workspace
5. Use page module and select the new page from step 2
6. Change the sorting by moving element2 up to element1's spot in the original language
7. Switch to workspace module
8. Notice that element2 was moved in the original and foreign language, which is perfectly fine as we are in connected mode
9. Revert element2 in the original language

Expected behaviour
Element2's moving is reverted in both the original and foreign language

Actual behavior
Element2 is only reverted in the original language.

The remaining element in the foreign language can still be released to live mode, leading to inconsistency as that should not happen in connected mode. You can already see results of that before releasing it. Just open the reverted element2 for editing in the original language and switch to the foreign language using the top bar. Whatever type your element was, the next screen shows it as header as shown in the attached screenshot.
